She was predeceased by: her parents, Alwin Gross and Genevieve Gross; her husband Harrison McCrea; and her siblings, Collene Richter and Robert Gross.

She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Mettlach of Hersey, MI; and her nieces and nephews, Cheryl Hefferan (Brian) of Mt. Clemens, MI, Kent Richter (Lisa) of Mt. Clemens, MI, Julie Armiak (Randy) of Saline, MI and Kevin Gross (Joyce) of Jackson, MI.. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tecumseh Chapel of Handler Funeral Homes (313 W Pottawatamie St, Tecumseh, MI 49286). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Lenawee.
