He is survived by: his spouse Eleanor Greenwald; his children, Kathy Tittle, Anthony Baker (Joni), Connie Smith, Steven Baker (Shiela), Nikki Baker, Tod Baker (Laura) and Connard Wayne Baker II; and his siblings, Janice Collins (Carl), Karen Benschoter, Terry Baker and Rance Baker (Judy). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
