He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Lauer and Christina Lauer (Guth); his wife Joan E. Tinney; his stepdaughters, Robin Wegener (late Richard) of Lindsay and Tammy Bonner of Hanover, MI.; and his sister-in-law Patricia Heselschwerdt (Dale) of Napoleon. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
