He is survived by: his wife Ellie; his children, Doug Handy (Amy), Amy Parker, Steven Penney (Tricia), Michael Penney, Dawn (Michael), Amico and Tina Arter; his grandchildren, David, Jackson, Trey Penney, Madison, Hunter Penney, Casey, Tayler Arter, Michael D'Amico, Travis, Kailyn, Gavin Parker, Skylar, Samantha and Hayden Handy; his great grandchildren, Elias Arter, Xavier Mohon, Colton Parker and Adeline Parker; and his siblings, Kevin, Gary and Patty. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
