He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Kurowicki and Nadine Kurowicki (Ellendorf); his father-in-law Elmer Marks; and his brothers, Daniel and Michael Kurowicki.
He is survived by: his wife Kathlene Louise Marks; his children, Erin Simone (Michael) of Cinnaminson, NJ, Adam Kurowicki (Liane) of Britton, Sara Strassner (Martin) of Perrysburg, OH and Jill Heilmann (Craig) of Manchester; his siblings, David Kurowicki (Wendy) of Tecumseh, Timothy Kurowicki (Deanna) of Clinton and Patricia Schwartz of Clinton; his mother-in-law Carma Marks of Blissfield; and his grandchildren, Annabella, Lucas Simone, Jack, Lia, Eliana, Fern Kurowicki, Charlotte, Martin Strassner IV, Natalie, Lena and Levi Heilmann.
