With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Jean Young of Tecumseh, Michigan, born in Hillsdale, Michigan, who passed away on February 10, 2023 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara Jean Young to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry W. Meyer and Leona R. Meyer (Tuckerman); her husband Lawrence Young; her son Jeffrey; and her sister Kathleen Schultz.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jan Fry (Dennis) of Britton and Amy Million (Steve) of Adrian; her daughter-in-law Marlene Young of Adrian; and her brother Thomas Meyer (Jeanette) of Tecumseh. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, two step grandchildren; six great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Lenawee.
