Barbara Jean Coogan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Coogan (Tecumseh, Michigan), born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on May 12, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Rosemary Haynes. She is survived by: her husband Ralph; her siblings, Joanne DiPietro of North Syracuse, NY, Linda Emery of Cicero, NY, Kathleen Maser and Howard Haynes; her children, Dean Russell of Parish, NY, Frank Russell Jr. of West Monroe, NY and Kellylynn Hendrix of Wildwood, FL; and her stepsons, Randall Coogan of Cicero, NY and Terrance Coogan of Sarasota, FL. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent to a local ASPCA facility in her name.
