He is survived by: his former wife Vicky Kuhn; his girlfriend Becky Lawson; his sisters, Heather Kuhn Gier and Tammy Kuhn; his children, Matthew Kuhn (Heather), Andrew Kuhn, Trevor Kuhn, Roxanne Kittle (Dylan) and Crystal Ewers; and his brother Todd Kuhn.
