He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Sr. Staggs and Emma Staggs; and his brothers, Howard Jr. Staggs and Craig Staggs. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Staggs; his children, Amber Bell (Wayne), Jennifer Staggs (Michael Slayton) and Steven Staggs (Bailey); his grandchildren, Riley and Gabriel; and his sisters, Cindy Diegel (Rick) and Kimberly Sieloff (Jere). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
