Sarah Nell Lucas Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sarah Nell Lucas of Taylor, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 2, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Flynn and Anna Mae Flynn (Worthy); her husband Paul Lucas; and her siblings, William Lowery, Carrell Flynn, Sammy Flynn, Lora Jean Fiore, Doris Morton and Barbara Eagle.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Strother (Gary), Janet Psujek (Albert) and Leonard Eagle (Loretta); her stepchildren, Paulette Shumaker, Carol Woonton (Bob) and Robin Lucas (Dan DeLong); her grandchildren, Sarah (Isaac), Eric (Denise), Amber (Matt), Racheal (Jordan), Jennifer (Scot), Steve (Amanda), Nickolas (Danielle), Britney (Eli) and Timothy (Catherine); her stepgrandchildren, Joe (Ellen), Caitlyn (Cameron), Rebecca, Christina, Mark, Bobby, Stephanie (Eric) and Gloria; and her siblings, Dorothy Murley and Phillip Flynn. She is also survived by 29 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Michigan Memorial Funeral Home (14000 Racho Blvd, Taylor, MI 48180). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Michigan Memorial Park (32163 Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134).
