She was predeceased by: her parents, Zygmunt Siecinski and Anna Siecinski (Durecki); her husband Edward Mulka; her siblings, Frank, Watson, James Siecinski and Dorothy Flewelling; and her grandchildren, Zygmunt Mulka, Charles Mulka and Kim Fecker (McGrath).
She is survived by: her children, Anna McGrath (Jerry), Michele Ulman (Larry), Cheryl Walters (Rick), Edward Mulka (Sue Laski), Madonna Tooley (Kirk II), Matthew Mulka (Gerardine Reeber), Marianna Hillyer (James), Christopher Mulka (Debbie Walters), Jerome Mulka (Kathleen Sidebottom), Zygmunt Mulka (Michelle Ambrose) and Leonette Oaks (Matthew); and her siblings, Rita Woloszyk, Leo Siecinski and Ken Siecinski. She is also survived by 36 grandchildren; 62 great-grandchildren; 2 great- great- grandchildren.
