He was predeceased by: his daughter Linda Nguyen; his parents, Elgin Kirby and Mamie Kirby; and his granddaughter Lisa Heaberlin. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee Kirby; his daughter Mary Smith (Mike); his grandchildren, Tonie Frank (Larry), Brandon Heaberlin, Ryan Christie (Scott), Billy LaForest and Nathan Heaberlin; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Tyler, Brianna, Jacob, Brandon, Zoie and Paiten.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
