He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bauer and Marie Bauer; his stepmother Rosalie; his wife Sandy Bauer; and his son Michael Bauer (Tammy).
He is survived by: his children, Alan (Debbie), Robert (Vicki), Michelle and Kimberly (Bill Marterstich); his grandchildren, Justin, Jacob (Kristyn), Sarah, Ashley (Vito), Ryan (Rachel), Lauren (Allison), Brooke, Vivi, Blane and Collin; and his great grandchildren, Michael, Solomon, Wyatt, Lydia, Noah, Isaiah and Kylee.
