With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Rockensuess of Taylor, Michigan, who passed away on May 26, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Kenneth Rockensuess; and his parents, Arthur Rockensuess and Dorothy Rockensuess. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Rockensuess; his children, Antje Newby, Chris Rockensuess (Kristin), Damon Rockensuess (Jamie) and Andrea Benedict (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Allison, Joshua, Dylan, Mackenzie, Adam, Jacob, Thomas Jr., Brendan, Nicholas, Grayson and Alaina; and his siblings, Mary Ann Farrell and Larry Rockensuess (Jane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
