He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Osborn and Bertha Sword Osborn; and his siblings, Eugene Osborn, Lavonne Larson, Faye Bennett and Emeline Harland.
He is survived by: his children, DeeAnn Chambers (late David), Tammy Newman and David Osborn (Garnett); his grandchildren, Melissa Chambers (Thomas Gibson), David Chambers, Jr. (Danielle), Amy Chambers (T. J. Whitt) and Joshua Newman (Brittany Schilk); his siblings, Ruth Spears, John Osborn, Mildred Respondeck, Howard Osborn, Nancy Jude and Ronnie Osborn; and his close friend Larry Rhodes. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other loving family members.
