He is survived by: his wife Edna Mullins; his children, Connie DeWeese (Mark), Ron Mullins (Karina), Scott Mullins (Nena), Richard Compeau and Kristy Reardon; his grandchildren, Keira Mullins, Lochlin Mullins and Karisa Mullins; and his siblings, Lonnie, Irene, Alene and Rita.
