He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John D. LeClair and Florence M. LeClair; his children, Jeffrey Thomas LeClair and Tracy Lynne Kendall; and his sister-in-law Sandra Hartnell (Reinhard Pope).
He is survived by: his wife Penny; his brother John A. LeClair; his grandson Cameron Kendall; his sisters, Marilynn Ditchkoff (Steve), Tamara Gady (Roger) and Patricia Hushebeck (Mark); and his son-in-law David Kendall. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
