He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Horn and Gladys Van Horn (Balhoff); and his brother Dean Van Horn. He is survived by: his siblings, Edward Van Horn (Barb) of Port Lenoir, NC, Kathy Wice (Dave) of Saginaw and Paul Van Horn (Michelle) of Deford; his sister-in-law Karen Van Horn of Spring Arbor; and his close friend Thelma Whitford (Carole Sullivan). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
