He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Rabey and Dolores Rabey (Lemieux); and his wife Elaine. He is survived by: his aunt Suzanne Aeck (Lemieux); and his uncles, Ronald, Louis and Paul Lemieux. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Tawas Area Honor Guard or the Knights of Columbus.
