It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles M. Noel (Tawas City, Michigan), born in East Tawas, Michigan, who passed away on January 26, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sisters, Patricia Harris, Donna Alford and Rita May Noel. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his sons, Chris (Rebecca) of Birmingham and Craig (Amy) of Bainbridge Island, Wash.; and his granddaughters, Margaret, Natalie and Abigail.
