She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Thornton and Mabel Thornton (Olar); her husband Bob Hogaboam; her brother Kenny Thornton; and her grandson Jeremy Strauer.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Murphy (Dan), Kevin Strauer (Amy), Kari Strauer and Kolette Katterman (Dennis); her sister Candie Shepherd; her grandchildren, Chris Lendvoy (Julie), Bo Murphy (Rachel), Summer Murphy, Kailey Welch (Patrick), Joshua Ulman (Jamie), Jade Strauer, Jordyn Katterman and Cole Katterman; and her close friend Linda. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
