He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Winston Jr. Burner (Rebecca), Carshenia Shepard (Fred) and Patrick Burner (Shelley); his grandchildren, Stephanie Croteau (Ryan), Jill Croteau (Mike), Karrie Schmidt (Eric), Matthew Williams (Kourtney), Dalton Burner (Casey), Sarah Burner (Eric), Eric Sweet (Patricia), Andrea Wirsing (Jason), Autumn Hynes (Aaron) and Janette Delgato (Homer); his great grandchildren, Tyler, Logan, Tayler, Hunter, Addilynn, Evan, Jacob, Kendall, Graham, Donovan, Allison, Augustus and Kyle; his great great grandchild Leland; and his siblings, Joyce McPherson (Eugene) and Jimmie Burner (Debra). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
