He is survived by: his sons, Rodney Benhart, Joseph Benhart and David Benhart; his stepdaughter Sandra Engel; his grandchildren, Krissy Atkins, Chelsea Moore, Whitney Moreno, Raven Fisher, Josie Benhart and Dallas Benhart; and his sister Betty Dirksen. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
