He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Arthur and Ruby Ellen Digard (Bower); his wife Virginia Webb; and his siblings, Joanne Dernberger and Richard Digard.
He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline McGuire, Samuel Digard and Jeffrey Digard. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
