She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Dalby and Minnie Dalby (Werth); and her brother Lester Dalby. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Nancy L. G. Bernthal of Haslett and John J. Guerin of Lake Tahoe, CA; her grandsons, T. J. Bernthal of Haslett and Dan Bernthal (Stacey Atchison) of Okemos; her nephew Peter Dalby (Barb) of Pennsylvania; and her cousin Bud Prottengeier of Flint.
