He is survived by: his wife Glenda Waitman; his children, Eric (Cora Tethrake), Kyle (Chelsea) and Cameron Cottrell; his grandsons, Jaxon, Oliver and Dexter; his siblings, Kal, LouAnn, Tracy and Bryan; his stepmother Joanne; and his stepsiblings, Rhett, Wynne, Lisa and Melanie.
