He is survived by: his children, Roy Phillips, Jr. (Katie), Lloyd Phillips (Cindy), Thomas Phillips (Dawn) and Jennifer Phillips; and his brothers, Sylvester Phillips of Columbus and Charles Phillips of Louisa, Kentucky. He is also survived by Several extended family members and friends.
