It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Loren Bowns of Swartz Creek, Michigan, born in Durand, Michigan, who passed away on November 9, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Bowns and Dorothy Bowns (Curtis); and his siblings, Albert, Ron, Sharon, Shirley and Patti.

He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Bowns; his children, Malinda Kopec (Joe), Karen Bowns, Curtis Bowns (Kim), Robert Zuck, Daniel Zuck (Johnette) and Jeffrey Zuck (Kerri); and his siblings, James Bowns and Barbara Morency. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.

Memorial Contributions in Robert's name are suggested to the American Heart Association, American Kidney Association or Shiawassee County Humane Society.
