He is survived by: his mother Joan DuVall (Shaffer); his wife Terri DuVall of Mt. Morris; his children, Nicole Conover (Adam), Danelle DuVall (Abdallah Musafer), Gabrielle DuVall and Adam DuVall; his grandchildren, Sofia, Ava, Grace, Emery, Malik and Nurah; and his siblings, Mike DuVall (Lori) of Flushing, Todd DuVall, Kevin DuVall and Jody Lewis (Brian). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
