He is survived by: his wife Beverly Fortner; his children, Jane Peterson (Benjamin) of Grand Blanc, Jennifer Shock of Durand, Jody Botos (Paul) of Durand and Rick Shock, Jr. (Rachel) of Grand Blanc; his grandchildren, Ryan Shock, Meagan Ferris, Elizabeth Peterson, Allyson Botos, Andrew Peterson, Nickloas Botos, Mallory Botos, Madelyne Botos and Molly Peterson; and his sister Ismah Pratt of Montrose. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
