He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Dean and Dorothy Dean (Rosson); his wife Sandra Bowron; his grandson Michael Joseph; and his brothers, Ronnie and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his children, April Dean and Philip II (Jaime); his grandchildren, Michaela, Madeline, Mackenzie Pettey, Lincoln, Everett and Finnegan Dean; and his brother Hugh (Dianne). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
