She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Harold and Ruth Williams (Ferguson); her daughter Roxanne King; and her son-in-law Richard Rathburn. She is survived by: her husband Dan Smiley; her children, Carol Rathburn, Kevin Brock and Brian Brock (Sandy); her stepsons, Larry Smiley and Loren Smiley; her grandchildren, Jason Rathburn (Sherry), Siobhan Kirkpatrick, Amber Smiley, Ashley Smiley, Shelby Smiley and Lennon Smiley; and her siblings, Robin, Sally and Frank. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
