He is survived by: his wife Barbara Evans; his children, Michael Evans Jr. (Kim) and Tina Fields (Craig); his stepchildren, Valerie Whiting and Brad Whiting; and his brother Stanley Evans (Judy). He is also survived by 5 granddaughters and 5 great-granddaughters.
