He was predeceased by: his close friend Dennis McGill. He is survived by: his wife Nicole Marie Trombley; his children, Cameron, Tyren, Joshua, Makenzy, Ysabelle and Michael, Jr.; his mother Lois Forgie of Swartz Creek; his brothers, Randy Forgie (Amanda) of Oxford and Robert Shannon of Walled Lake; his niece Lillian; his nephew Emery; and his close friends, Steven and Heather Biezak (Ila) of Leonad.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to Nicole Forgie, Funds will be used for Michael's children.
