He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Silva, Michelle Sparks, Michael Sparks and Brooke Sparks; his sisters, Laura Sparks and Rebecca Ruby (Todd); his nieces, Kristina Sparks and Chelsea Cunningham (Devin); his nephew Todd Ruby Jr.; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brenna, Callen Cunningham, John Paul and Zoey Mendez.
