She was predeceased by: her parents, William O'Brien and Elizabeth O'Brien (Roloff); her husband Nicholas Andrykovich; and her siblings, Janet, Katherine, Jack and Edward.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Ortiz (Andrew), Susan Roberts (Brian), Richard Andrykovich (Tina), Mary Andrykovich and Carol Reese; her grandchildren, Ryan Ortiz, Jason Ortiz (Gina), Kimberly Hortze (Brent), Maria Nash (Austin), Amanda Walker (Jeremy), Andrea Gromer (Paul), Samuel Roberts, Kaitlyn Andrykovich (James) and Sara Andrykovich; her great grandchildren, Andrew, Kadence Ortiz, Sophie Walker and Lena Gromer; and her siblings, Veronica Pat Welch and Dan O'Brien (Brenda). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
