She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dudley Blevins and Mary Ella Blevins (Crewey); her husband Thomas Marvin Blevins; and her siblings, Sarah Jane Hash, William Dudley Blevins, Jr., Leon Blevins, James Blevins, David Blevins, Bobby Blevins and John L. Blevins.
She is survived by: her son Todd William Blevins; her grandchild Lauren Ashley Blevins; and her brothers, Joseph Blevins and Howard F. Blevins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
