He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Flavin and Dorothy Flavin; his siblings, Joan, Julye and Ray; and his grandson Hunter.
He is survived by: his children, Krista McTaggart (Jeffrey Hastings) of Davison, James Richard Flavin of McKinleyville, CA, Kristen McDonald (Brandon) of McKinleyville, CA and David Flavin (Alayna) of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Hailey, Aurora, Landyn, Eva, Ryder, Jordan, Lucy and JoJo; and his sister Judy Flavin. He is also survived by five beautiful children.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
