He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Leo and Sadie Lou Wheaton (Hanson). He is survived by: his wife Pauline Talley; his children, Jimmy Wheaton (Robin) of Quincey and Nina Benner (Rick) of Grand Rapids; his grandchildren, Brent Benner (Maria) of Texas, Jeannette Benner of Grand Rapids and Josh Benner of Indiana; and his great grandchild Dylan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
