She was predeceased by: her parents, Lem Garvison Rice and Bertha Mae Rice (Welch); her husband Roman Chester "Ray" Ruszkowski; her granddaughter Aerial; her granddaughter-in-law Staci Yax; and her brothers, Virgil Rice, Paul Rice and Coburn Rice.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Preger (Gary) of El Paso, TX, Patricia Smith (Harold) of Gladwin, Steve Ruszkowski (Cyndy) of Grand Blanc and Robin Andrews (Bill) of Swartz Creek; and her sister Janet Walker of Franklin, NC. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
