She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph F. Johnson and Jennie Johnson (Zwakman); her spouse Dale Collins; her children, Beverly Jean Collins and Norman Collins; and her brothers, Robert Johnson and Gerald Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Jerry Lynn Van Der (Guy), Kathryn Ann Kranz (Robert), Roger Dale Collins (Susan), Ronald Kyle Collins (Kae), Richard Alan Collins (Tara) and Robert Mark Collins (Debra). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
