We bid farewell to JoAnn Marie Jones of Swartz Creek, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 20, 2025 at the age of 87. JoAnn Marie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Monroe and Pearl Monroe (Starkey); and her husband Melvin C. Jones. She is survived by: her children, Susan Belt (Rick) of Flint Twp, David Jones (Janie) of Georgia, Michael Jones (Nancy) of Alpena and Stephen Jones (Corey) of Flushing; her grandchildren, Lindsey Dillon (Michael), Matthew Belt (Jennifer), Victoria Ratzlaff (Derek), Jackson, Andrew Jones, Barrett, Nolan Jones, Braydin and Reece Jones; and her great grandchildren, Grayson, Piper, Isla Dillon, Brooks Belt and Jack Ratzlaff.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel (8138 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek, MI 48473). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
