He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Phillips and Rosabelle Phillips (Bandy); his sister Carolyn Beckwith; and his stepsiblings, David Hill and Peggy Hunt.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Michael Phillips (Christy) of Windsor, VA, Brett Phillips (Diane) of Davison and Andra Francis (Dan) of Stevens Point, WI; his grandchildren, Brandon, Elizabeth, Gracie, Brady, Bodie and Breck; his great grandchild Wesley; and his half-sister Linda Olin of Durand. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the Jim Phillips Memorial Fund, make checks payable to Sharon Phillips, for his grandchildren's education.
