He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Buster Brisendine and Zell Brisendine (Woodard); his wife Betty June Wallace; his children, Gary Brisendine (Tina) of Houston, TX, Cheryl Pavkovich of Suttons Bay and Thomas Brisendine (Candace) of Homer; his grandchildren, Aaron Brisendine (Heather), Garrett Brisendine (Chelsea) and Kyle Brisendine Christian (Joshua Smith); and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Annabelle Brisendine.
In lieu of flowers, Jake's legacy may be honored by support of Leader Dogs for the Blind or The National Parks.
