He was predeceased by: his former wife Delores Dooley; his parents, Joseph LeVasseur and Mable LeVasseur; his children, Rebecca, Charles, Cathi and Thomas; and his brother Richard.
He is survived by: his sons, Butch and Jim; and his wife Jan. He is also survived by six step-daughters, and son-in-laws, with thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
