She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Givens and Dorothy Givens (Hall). She is survived by: her husband Donald Zumwalt; her children, Michael Zumwalt, Julie Juengel (Peter), Scott Zumwalt (Tess) and Lisa Thomajan (Stuart); her grandchildren, Jordan, Amy (Nick), Jason, Aidan, Zayne, Zach and Cooper; and her great grandchild Savannah Jo.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
