He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin O'Hara and Bridgetta O'Hara (Callaghen); his wife Charlene Bunker; his son Charles O'Hara; and his siblings, Jack O'Hara, Margaret Urchyk and Helen O'Hara.
He is survived by: his children, Patrick, Thomas O'Hara and Colleen Latimer (Ron); his grandchildren, Danette, Heather, Brian and Kyle; and his great grandchildren, Carson and Alivia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
