He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Burnice M. Wyatt and Mena H. Wyatt (Craven); his wife Yukie Fukahori; his children, Donald Wyatt Jr. (Roxanne) of Flint, Susan Jackson (Steve) of Santa Clarita and Douglas Wyatt (Annie) of Ann Arbor; his siblings, James Wyatt of Miamisburg, Ohio and Jeanine Walker (Dennis) of Melvindale, Mich.; his grandsons, Dr. Dylan Wyatt (Jenna) of Duluth, Minn, Sawyer Wyatt of Cape Canaveral, Fla., Blake Jackson of Sherman Oaks, Calif, Eric Jackson of Santa Clarita, Logan Wyatt and Cole Wyatt of Ann Arbor; and his great grandchild Persephone Wyatt of Duluth. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephew; and hundreds of friends.
He became an avid golfer later in life and into his late 80s could be seen speed walking around the Genesee Valley Mall for exercise until COVID-19 restrictions shut things down.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Don's memory to the Swartz Creek United Methodist Church.
