He was predeceased by: his father William Barnes; and his stepfather Jack Lambert. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Barnes; his children, Jesse Leece (Erin) of Grand Blanc and Jenna Barger (Andrew) of Ypsilanti; his grandchildren, Adam, Finn and Roderick; and his mother Myra Lambert (Cutler) of Swartz Creek. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
