He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Molesworth and Catherine Molesworth (Farley); his sister Bonnie Maynard; and his brother-in-law Gary Botos. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughter Christie Dando (Tony); his siblings, Donald Molesworth (Carol Ann), LaDonna Botos and Marla Henry (Randy); his mother-in-law Patsy Noffsinger; his siblings-in-law, Lee J Hoyt (Annie), Doug Hoyt (Theresa) and Kathy Mills (Craig); and his close friends, Nelson, Rose Dake, Laynett and Brendt Cole. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may direct memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund in Memory Program, or Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.
